Sigma Mu Parents Portal · Mississippi State University
Effective November 5, 2026
This portal serves the Sigma Mu parent and guardian community and approved chapter staff. Register with accurate information and complete administrator approval before using member features. Brother Network membership does not automatically grant access. Administrators may approve, decline, deactivate, or reactivate access for chapter administration, security, or misuse.
Keep your account secure. Use the private directory to connect respectfully with other families. Do not scrape, sell, publish, or use directory details for unsolicited marketing. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized personal information. Provide associated-student details only when you are authorized to share them, and use the designated private fields.
Newsletters and announcements are provided for community information. Content and availability may change. Obtain permission before redistributing private publications or personal contact information. You retain responsibility for the content you submit and permit its use to operate this portal.
Donations are voluntary, one-time USD contributions to the Sigma Mu Parents Fund. Stripe-hosted Checkout processes payments. A return to the portal does not itself confirm payment; donation status reflects server-confirmed payment events. We make no claim that donations are tax-deductible. For payment questions or refund requests, contact support with your donation reference. Refund requests are reviewed individually; these terms do not promise automatic refunds.
The portal is provided as available. We aim to keep information accurate and access secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete accuracy. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. We may update these terms and show the revised effective date on this page.
